• Criminal Record Check (Hard copy) with Vulnerable Sector Check (4-6 weeks)
• Child Abuse Registry Check (4-6 weeks)
• Photocopy of birth certificate
• Filled in application form and fee
• Transcripts (ordered when applying for grad - to be mailed to PCRSU)​
